Description

Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that can help to re-establish the normal microbiota. They are particularly effective when delivered together with a prebiotic, a source of nutrition that stimulates growth.

 

Indication

Daily use for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal issues, such as diarrhoea. Synbiotic D-C is especially effective during times of stress such as kennelling, peri-operatively, during periods of dietary change, and to reduce the side effects of antibiotics. Synbiotic D-C balances the microbiota, supports the gut lining and reduces inflammation when used for the long term treatment of digestive disorders like IBD.

Ingredients

• Probiotics
  The EU-registered probiotic Enterococcus faecium (DSM 10663/ NCIMB 10415) 4b1707, to help repopulate the intestine with beneficial micro-organisms.

• Preplex prebiotics
  A prebiotic, consisting of fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) and acacia (Gum arabic), to feed and stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria.

Synbiotic D-C is available in packs of 50 capsules.

 

Directions for Use 

Give one capsule daily by mouth or as advised by your veterinary surgeon. Capsules can be given whole or opened and the contents sprinkled onto food.

 

Storage

Synbiotic D-C has a 2 year shelf life from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool dry place.
